How to Forward an Outside Line to a Different Extension:

  1. Open a session in Axxess.

  2. Go to AXXESS System
    Devices and Feature Codes
    CO Trunk Groups
    Find the associated extension number (example below is ext 1066 for pre-school).
    Change the extension # for Day Ring-in Type and the Night Ring-in Type.
